Had an incredible stay! The historic charm was delightful, especially the gourmet breakfasts with farm-fresh ingredients. Just wish the room was slightly larger than expected.

Marybeth is incredible , made us feel right at home! The breakfasts were outstanding with homemade jams, farm-fresh eggs, and cozy rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Location is super convenient , just steps away from the river and local restaurants.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The breakfast featured exceptional homemade jams and farm-fresh eggs, creating a delightful start to each day.
The steep stairs may pose a challenge for older guests, so be prepared if mobility is a concern.

Great butter choices for breakfast. The steep stairs added a little character to the place.
The breakfast didn't meet expectations. bacon was microwaved, and pancakes turned out thin and rubbery. The room lacked a shower as described, only featured a handheld spray, and the bathtub wasn't clean. Lack of a locked door for our room was uncomfortable, and the outside noise consistently interrupted sleep.

The property exudes charm and history, with
comfortable rooms and a warm atmosphere. Our host Marybeth exceeded expectations with her hospitality and delicious homemade breakfasts. The communal dining experience was delightful, allowing us to chat with other guests. The only downside was that sometimes it felt a bit crowded during breakfast hours.

the bathroom was absolutely aweful, and how charming that the hostess let us know she wouldn't be providing breakfast at the last minute. the constant road noise was a delightful touch as well. a warm welcome gift would have made my stay infinitely better, but I guess expecting that was just too much to ask. just couldn't give a good review, really.

Marybeth's warmth made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The charming property, adorned with family history, created a cozy atmosphere. Loved the local dining suggestions, and enjoyed a delightful meal nearby. Breakfast featured farm-fresh ingredients, but the communal dining area felt a bit crowded. The steep stairs might be challenging for those with mobility issues. Overall, a lovely stop on our journey, though a little more attention to room details would elevate the experience further.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief retreat in Natchez with good value considering the price it charged. The communal area with a Keurig machine was convenient for getting my morning coffee. If you are a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs for the road noise.
